What is the process of ordering an Energy Performance Certificate (EPC)?
Once we register your interest, we send you an initial e-mail explaining the procedure of preparing an EPC. Then we establish a suitable time for the visit of the inspector and e-mail you an EPC Pre-inspection questionnaire to complete and return to us. Finally, after your payment has cleared, the inspector e-mails you the completed EPC at your specified e-mail.
What is the process of ordering a Residential Inventory Report?
